Ordering Policy

Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you by email or phone. We ship Monday through Friday. Our last pick-up is Friday at 5pm. All orders received after that time will be processed Monday and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders will be shipped ground via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise deemed appropriate.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order has been placed. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout, the sourcing location of the items on your order, and the location of your shipping address.

You should allow a minimum of 3 – 7 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.
