ROCKER
The Longer curvature of the shovel, called rocker technology, is specially
adapted for each ski model.
BENEFITS
- better float in powder
- Less effort required
- easier to turn on pistes
- easier edging
LIGHT CORE & SUPER LIGHT CORE
Special wood types such as pautownia wood are used for alL-mountain,
freeride, and touring models.
BENEFITS
- Reduced weight due to ultralight cores
- dynamic ski response
- very durable
FULL EDGE CONTACT
The ski is wider at the tip land for GS also at the tail.]
BENEFITS
- Easier and faster initiation of the turn
- Enhanced grip in the turn thank to a longer edge contact length
SOLID METAL EDGE
Stöckli has started incorporating wider edges in all of its ski models.
This not only extends the Lifetime of the ski, but it also pays dividends
for ski rental services, where the material is subject to particularly
harsh use. In addition, the exceptionally robust materials and a clever
design protect the ski surface against scratches and damage.
BENEFITS
- Longer ski service life
- More edge-sharpening services are possible over the lifetime of the
Ski
ADAPTIVE CONTACT LENGTH
When you combine the FEC and Tip and Tair Rocker technology, you
get ACL
BENEFITS
- A greater edge angle means more of the edge is in contact with the
snow, and that results in more grip and stability in turns. The playful
feel remains without needing to forgo stability.
TAIL ROCKER
Rocker: A Longer rocker at the tail with a flatter radius.
BENEFITS
- With the longer, extended rocker, the edge in contact with the snow is
decreased, making the ski more playful.
- The longer rocker enables optimum grip when edging.
FLEX TORSION CONTROL
Special. cut-outs both crosswise and Lengthwise ensure the ski front and
back is softer when it comes to flex and torsion. In this way the ski can
on the one hand flex more easily which makes steering into turns
easier. On the other hand one can always maintain control, of the ski in
transitions since the ski's torsion remains adaptable.
BENEFITS
- Improved control when changing directions
- Simple turn initiation
- Agility in the turn
